Determining Organizational Structure

Hey everyone, I know quite a few people subscribed to our blog over the past month so I felt like making a post. Some people want us to be solely controlled by the users and others think this post is a bad idea. I'm all for transparency, but having only the people take over Libit is a bit too much. It's hard to run something like this without designated people working on and maintaining it. With that being said, I have not rejected anyone from applying at jobs.libit.xyz and our "staff" is still ultimately the People.
